Terms
These terms apply to use of the Minding website and to enquiries made through it. A separate written proposal, statement of work or services agreement will govern any paid project.
What Minding does
Minding provides digital-practice setup services for therapy practices, including websites, booking journeys, payment handoffs, forms, reminders, analytics basics and practice-system integrations.
What Minding does not do
- Minding does not provide therapy, counselling, clinical advice or diagnosis.
- Minding is not an emergency or crisis-support service.
- Minding does not replace your professional, clinical, regulatory, insurance, tax or legal advice.
- Minding does not decide your clinical record-keeping obligations, client suitability rules, emergency procedures or professional-body duties.
Website information
Website content, pricing examples and workflow descriptions are general information. They are not a binding quote, guarantee or promise that a specific tool will be suitable for every practice. Final scope, price, timeline, responsibilities and third-party tools are confirmed in writing.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your practice, current systems and requirements.
- Do not submit client names, clinical notes, diagnoses or health records through this site.
- Keep ownership and control of your professional accounts, domains, payment accounts and practice-management tools unless a written agreement says otherwise.
- Review and approve all public copy, pricing, service descriptions, consent wording, privacy notices and client-facing workflows before publishing.
- Decide whether the tools, retention periods and workflows comply with your professional and legal obligations.
Data protection
Minding can design GDPR-aware workflows and help prepare documentation, but the practice remains responsible for its own compliance decisions as controller. Before Minding handles therapy-client personal data, there must be a written processing scope, data-processing terms and agreed access controls.
Minding's website forms are for practice enquiries only. They are not a channel for client care, clinical records, emergency contact or special-category health data.
Third-party services
Minding may recommend or configure third-party services such as Stripe, Google Workspace, Zoom, Twilio, WhatsApp Business, Resend, Supabase, booking tools, practice-management systems or analytics providers. Those services have their own contracts, pricing, availability, security controls and data-processing terms.
Unless agreed otherwise, the practice is responsible for approving, paying for and maintaining third-party accounts used in its own operations.
Intellectual property
Minding retains ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, code patterns, know-how and internal tools. Project deliverables, usage rights and any transfer of website assets or code are governed by the relevant written project agreement.
Availability and changes
Minding may update, improve, suspend or remove parts of this website. We try to keep information accurate, but the site may contain errors or become out of date.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Minding is not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, clinical outcomes, third-party platform failures or decisions made by a practice after reviewing general website information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These website terms are governed by Irish law. Any project contract may include its own governing-law and dispute-resolution terms.
